30 day Return Policy

  • Couture Jewels stands behind the quality of its merchandise.  Only damaged merchandise will be accepted for return. We are not responsible for incorrect size ordering or "change of mind" returns. If you buy or receive an item as a gift and you decide you do not want to keep the gift Couture Jewels will offer you a gift card/ credit for the amount of the purchased item.
  • If merchandise is damaged in transit please notify us immediately.
  • We are not responsible for lost merchandise. If you have not instructed us to insure the item for you and the item is lost in transit (after leaving our warehouse) you must file a claim with your local post office. We do recommend that you insure packages for shipment if their value is over $50.
  • We gladly make exchanges of merchandise that is the wrong size if the item is in stock. If it is sold out you can opt for a gift card for the value of the item.

Returning an Item

  • For damaged items - please contact us immediately. We will issue you a return authorization form. Fill out the return authorization form. You must enclose an email address for us to process your return.
  • Enclose it in the return package with your item. 
  • Item must be packed to prevent damage in shipment.
